Glanwern Partnership LLP is a London based adviser to Family Offices focussed primarily on direct lending.

It originates and manages portfolios of short-term loans secured on real estate across the UK.

Loans are between £3m to £5m, up to two years duration, first charge secured and span a wide spectrum of sectors including land, care homes, self-storage, leisure, HMOs, and serviced offices.

The Partnership is run by Charles Keay, a former Managing Director of NM Rothschild & Sons Limited and Nigel Moorhouse, FCA and director of several property, insurance, and banking businesses.
